7-Day Return Policy

Easy returns within 7 days of delivery

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or replacement.

The return period starts from the date of delivery as per the tracking information.

Eligible for Return

Products must meet these conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened: Product seal must be intact
  • Original packaging: Product must be in original packaging with all tags and labels
  • Damage or defect: Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • Invoice included: Original invoice or order confirmation must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

How to Return

Simple return process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@supita.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99890 47499 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Back

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address. We will arrange pickup for defective or wrong items.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days (may take 2-3 additional days depending on your bank)
  • UPI/Razorpay: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Once the return is approved and refund initiated, place a new order for the desired product
  3. For defective or wrong items, we will expedite the replacement process

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a free pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed
  • No return shipping charges will be applied for defective products

Marketplace Orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

For products purchased through third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or others, please follow their respective return and refund policies.
